Arambh was an onboarding event organized for new joinees across departments at NBC Bearings. The goal was to create a fun, informal, and immersive brand experience that would resonate with fresh graduates stepping into the professional world. We crafted a complete visual identity aligned with the theme “Soar High”—inspired by the open sky and sea, symbolizing a fresh, limitless beginning.

  • Create a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience.

  • Research: Studied the audience—freshers joining a corporate space—and client’s brand ethos.
  • Concept Development: Created a mood board, explored themes, finalized a vibrant, open-sky inspired identity.
  • Execution: Designed onboarding videos, posters, standees, invitation cards, a themed selfie booth, and more.
